The Togolese Republic has once again demonstrated the strength of its diplomatic engagements. On Wednesday, July 15, 2026, Prof. Robert Dussey, Togo’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, welcomed Xavier Bettel, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, in Lomé. The high-level meeting culminated in the signing of three groundbreaking agreements, with Cina Lawson, Minister of Digital Transition, in attendance.
