The Senate President, Jean-Michel Sama Lukonde, who also serves as the moral authority of the political coalition Agissons et Bâtissons (AB), convened a high-level meeting at the Golden Tulip Hotel in Bandal on Sunday, July 26, 2026. The gathering brought together members of the Presidency, national deputies, senators, party secretaries-general, and executive secretaries within the coalition.
This carefully planned gathering, held as the extraordinary parliamentary session concluded and lawmakers prepared for recess, centered on two critical discussions: an assessment of the coalition’s progress and a deep dive into pressing national issues—most notably, the referendum law and ongoing dialogue efforts.
