Gagnoa – The municipality of Ouragahio, led by Mayor Dr. Pierre Dacoury-Tabley, recently conducted a comprehensive review of its impactful women’s empowerment policy. This assessment occurred on Saturday, July 4, 2026, during a special tribute ceremony for the commune’s mothers – often referred to as ‘Mother’s Day’ – which was presided over by Sub-prefect Tié-Bi Assi Apo Josiane in the town hall courtyard.

The municipal initiatives are far-reaching, encompassing vital areas such as education and health.
