The electoral expert denounces what he calls “irresponsible embezzlers of public funds, crooked politicians, men with excessive ambitions, and so on.”
In a recent statement, political analyst Jean Paul Ntsengue paints a grim picture: the youth are left hungry and easily manipulated. He accuses corrupt leaders of systematically impoverishing the population.
“Poverty is a fatal danger to the republic.
Conspirators and clientelists know this well. Among them are irresponsible embezzlers of public wealth, unscrupulous politicians, and individuals with boundless ambitions.
They created the conditions to deepen poverty among Cameroonians, casting hordes of emaciated young people onto the streets. When the time comes, they will sell them empty promises in exchange for fanatical support, especially on social media. They blocked anyone who could have assisted President Paul Biya in his heavy task, instead promoting mediocre loyalists.
Unfortunately for them, God is never distracted. Spasmodic movements will not be enough to heal the deep wound, because everything eventually ends. The head of state, who promised to go down in history as the man who brought democracy and prosperity to the Cameroonian people, is a fortunate man chosen by Providence. He knows what he must do to enter history honorably. Let us give him our unwavering support for this second half without overtime,” wrote Jean Paul Ntsengue.
