Demonstrating administrative thoroughness, the Secretary General of the Senate, Mr. Gustave Léopold Ngane, along with the Deputy Secretary General and senior officials, conducted a comprehensive inspection of the Senate facilities at the Economic and Social Council this morning, 8 June 2026.

This final assessment aimed to verify the readiness of all infrastructure essential for the smooth conduct of parliamentary work. The delegation meticulously inspected the conference rooms, VIP reception lounge, banquet halls, and the main chamber where senators will convene throughout the session.

Following the inspection, the Secretary General expressed full confidence in the operational preparedness of all installations. He stated that all logistical and technical preparations had been completed ahead of the session’s opening.
