The African Union commissioner for economic development, tourism, trade, industry and mines, Francisca Tatchouop Belobe, on Monday in Rabat commended Morocco’s achievements under the leadership of King Mohammed VI.
Speaking to the press after her meeting with Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccans Abroad, Nasser Bourita, Ms Tatchouop Belobe highlighted Morocco’s significant industrial progress in recent years. She noted the kingdom holds a leading position on the continent in the automotive and aeronautics industries.
Ms Tatchouop Belobe also praised Morocco for sharing its expertise with other African nations, particularly through the establishment of a value chain for critical minerals.
The African official took the opportunity to express her gratitude to King Mohammed VI for his unwavering support to the African Union Commission.
