The decision to elevate these educators comes in direct response to the July 2nd demonstration staged by university lecturers. By conferring these promotions at the highest academic tier, authorities aim to acknowledge the outstanding scientific contributions and teaching excellence demonstrated across Togo’s two premier institutions: the University of Lomé and the University of Kara.
