Following an initial loan spell during the winter transfer window, Olympique Lyonnais has now permanently acquired Noham Kamara, with the young defender committing to the club until 2030.
Olympique Lyonnais has officially cemented the full transfer of Noham Kamara from Paris Saint-Germain, making his move permanent through 2030. The 19-year-old (1.85m) French U20 international initially joined OL on loan during the frantic final moments of the winter transfer window, with a pre-agreed purchase option. The Lyon-based club committed 4.1 million euros for his services, with the deal potentially rising by an additional 2 million euros in bonuses. Furthermore, Paris Saint-Germain will benefit from a 20% sell-on clause on any future capital gain if Kamara is resold.
A product of the esteemed Paris Saint-Germain youth academy, where he developed his skills in the Parisian region, Kamara is recognized for his versatility. He can seamlessly operate as a central defender or on the right flank. Since his arrival at Olympique Lyonnais, the promising talent has already made two appearances in the league, demonstrating his readiness for senior football.
