During a high-level gathering in Huelva, Younes Sekkouri, Morocco’s Minister of Economic Inclusion, Small Business, Employment and Skills, delivered a keynote address highlighting the Kingdom’s progressive approach to migration governance. The event, centered on “Migratory Governance and Circular Migration between Morocco and Spain: Keys to Beneficial Cooperation,” underscored the strategic vision driving Morocco’s policies.
Mr. Sekkouri emphasized that the country’s human-centered migration framework, rooted in solidarity and shared responsibility, reflects the guiding principles set by His Majesty King Mohammed VI. This forward-thinking strategy prioritizes human capital as the cornerstone of public policy, framing mobility not as a challenge but as an opportunity for economic growth, knowledge exchange and cultural exchange between nations.
