The Moroccan government is accelerating efforts to secure the necessary funding for the Atlantic African Gas Pipeline (GAA), a major cross-border infrastructure project developed in collaboration with Nigeria. Rabat is actively pursuing a financing package totaling $26 billion, with key negotiations underway with the US Export-Import Bank (US Exim Bank) and the World Bank, according to statements from the Moroccan Ambassador to the United States, Youssef Amrani.
