The gathering provided a platform for dialogue between government officials and private sector leaders, fostering a shared vision for the nation’s economic future. Beugré Mambé highlighted the critical importance of private sector participation in building a more competitive and job-creating economy, noting that Ivory Coast’s economic resilience—evidenced by an average growth rate of 6.5% in recent years—positions it as one of Africa’s most dynamic markets.

The Prime Minister outlined the priority sectors for the PND 2026-2030, calling on investors to channel funds into high-impact areas such as:
- Industrialization and local processing of raw materials to boost value addition;
- Infrastructure development, including transport, digital networks, and logistics to enhance competitiveness;
- Human capital investment, innovation, and essential services to foster a productive and inclusive economy.
He underscored that the first day of the Consultative Group, dedicated to institutional partners, had already attracted over 3,000 participants from 49 countries, reinforcing Ivory Coast’s appeal as an investment destination.

Representatives from leading business confederations and financial institutions echoed the Prime Minister’s optimism. Ahmed Cissé, President of the General Confederation of Ivory Coast Enterprises (CGECI), alongside delegates from Morocco’s Confédération générale des Entreprises (CGEM) and France’s MEDEF, along with the International Finance Corporation (IFC), pledged substantial financial commitments to support the PND’s implementation.
