• United States: Mahamat Seid Boulakoro Mangue at the Chad Embassy in New York
• Canada: Adam Kally Nassour at the Chad Embassy in Ottawa
• Africa: Hinimbi Clément Zamna at the Chad Embassy in Pretoria, South Africa
• Ethiopia: Ousman Allatchi Barkai at the Chad Embassy in Addis Ababa
• Equatorial Guinea: Sabir Zakaria Mahamat at the Chad Embassy in Malabo
• Republic of the Congo: Oussam Hassan at the Chad Embassy in Brazzaville
