Chad strengthens diplomatic presence with new security attachés
Through Decree N°1016/PR/PM/MAEIATE/2026 issued on May 22, 2026, Chad has appointed 12 security attachés to key diplomatic missions across Africa, Europe, North America, and Asia. These strategic roles aim to enhance protection and operational efficiency in Chad’s overseas representations.

- France: Nadjo Kaïna as Security Attaché at the Chad Embassy in Paris
- Switzerland: Bokhit Zakaria Chamou at the Chad Embassy in Geneva
- United States: Mahamat Seid Boulakoro Mangue at the Chad Embassy in New York
- Canada: Adam Kally Nassour at the Chad Embassy in Ottawa
- Africa: Hinimbi Clément Zamna at the Chad Embassy in Pretoria, South Africa
- Ethiopia: Ousman Allatchi Barkai at the Chad Embassy in Addis Ababa
- Equatorial Guinea: Sabir Zakaria Mahamat at the Chad Embassy in Malabo
- Republic of the Congo: Oussam Hassan at the Chad Embassy in Brazzaville
- Democratic Republic of the Congo: Weigue Ramadji Théophile at the Chad Embassy in Kinshasa
