Cameroon’s airports company, ADC, approved for premium listing on BVMAC

A significant milestone has been reached for Cameroon’s airport management entity, Aéroports Du Cameroun (ADC S.A.), as it prepares for a premium listing on the BVMAC.

Aéroports Du Cameroun (ADC S.A.), the national airport management company, has received validation for its entry into the premium class of the Bourse des Valeurs Mobilières de l’Afrique Centrale (BVMAC). This significant development emerged from an evaluation workshop held on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, in Kribi. The gathering brought together members of ADC’s Board of Directors, its General Assembly, representatives from BVMAC, and various brokerage firms supporting ADC S.A. through its listing process.

The comprehensive workshop featured a detailed presentation on the stock market introduction process, delivered by Patrick Mbarga, Head of the Management Control Division at ADC S.A. Directors and several sub-directors from ADC S.A. were also in attendance. Following this, an assessment of the progress was conducted by leading consulting firms, including Deloitte and Touche, NYA and CO, and SDB EMERALD Securities Services Bourse S.A., providing crucial insights into the company’s readiness.

Concluding this initial phase of evaluation was the intervention of the Director General of the Bourse des Valeurs Mobilières de l’Afrique Centrale (BVMAC). The Director General expressed strong satisfaction with the current progress of ADC S.A.’s listing preparations. It was confidently stated that, at this juncture, ADC S.A. is indeed prepared for its stock market debut, securing a spot in the prestigious premium class.
