abbadon confirms Tunisia and Senegal as hosts for window 4 of africa zone qualifiers
Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire – the african basketball federation’s regional bureau has confirmed Tunisia and Senegal as the two host countries for window 4 of the africa zone qualifiers for the 2027 fiba world cup.
Tunisia will stage the group e matches at the iconic multidisciplinary hall in radès, a suburb of Tunis, while Senegal will host the group f matches at the Dakar arena.
the window 4 qualifiers are scheduled to take place from august 27-30.
group e features Cameroon (5-1), Guinea (4-2), Tunisia (4-2), Nigeria (4-2), Soudan du sud (4-2) and cape verde (3-3).
group f brings together Senegal (5-1), Côte d’Ivoire (5-1), Mali (5-1), Angola (4-2), Egypt (3-3) and democratic republic of the Congo (2-4).
the hosts for the fifth and final window of the qualifiers will be announced at a later date.
