The minister of public service, labour and social dialogue has announced the launch of an internal and external competitive exam for admission to cycles ii and iii at the national school of administration (ena).
This exam is open to both male and female candidates from Togo. A total of 110 positions are up for grabs this session.
Application period from june 15 to july 17
Applications will be accepted on working days from monday, june 15, 2026 at 7:00 am to friday, july 17, 2026 at 5:00 pm.
Candidates may submit their files at the ena in Lomé as well as at the regional directorates of labour and social affairs in kara and dapaong.
Written tests scheduled for august 2026
According to the ministry’s communiqué, the written examinations will take place on august 12 and 13, 2026.

This competition offers a fresh opportunity for public administration staff and external candidates who wish to pursue training at the national school of administration, the institution responsible for training Togo’s civil service executives.
