Paris Saint-Germain is keenly assessing options to bolster its squad this summer, with a particular focus on promising talents within Ligue 1. Among the players drawing significant attention is Ayyoub Bouaddi, an 18-year-old midfielder from LOSC. With three years remaining on his current contract, securing his release from LOSC and convincing President Olivier Létang will necessitate a substantial offer. Indications suggest a figure around €70M might be sufficient to bring the young prodigy to the capital.

Earlier in June, LOSC President Olivier Létang publicly stated his strong desire to retain Ayyoub Bouaddi for the upcoming season, acknowledging the intense speculation linking the 18-year-old with Paris Saint-Germain. When pressed about a potential significant bid from the Parisian club, Létang affirmed, « We will engage in sincere discussions with Ayyoub, as this has been a central topic of our conversations. »
LOSC demands an “extraordinary” transfer fee
Despite extending his commitment to LOSC until June 2029 just last December, a departure for Ayyoub Bouaddi remains a possibility, provided any interested club presents an exceptionally compelling proposal. Olivier Létang had previously emphasized, « We maintain very regular dialogue with Ayyoub. Our primary objective is to keep him here. However, should an offer materialize that is truly extraordinary, then we could consider his transfer. » When questioned if an amount exceeding €50M would suffice, Létang was unequivocal, stating, « No, that is not enough. We are far from the figure that would allow us to let Ayyoub leave. »
Bouaddi’s valuation reportedly set at €70M
Sources indicate that the valuation for the promising Moroccan international, who has three senior caps, has been set at €70M. Paris Saint-Germain faces stiff competition in this pursuit, notably from Arsenal. The London-based club has reportedly identified Bouaddi as a priority target to reinforce their midfield and has maintained consistent contact with the player and his representatives since January. While Bouaddi is understood to have a preference for a move to Paris, he has also shown receptiveness to discussions with Arsenal’s management, signaling his openness to a transfer to England.
