The Prime Minister of Senegal, Ousmane Sonko, paid a formal courtesy visit to the Cathedral of Our Lady of Victories in Dakar ahead of the 138th edition of the Popenguine Marian Pilgrimage.
A warm and respectful atmosphere marked the meeting between Sonko and Monseigneur André Guèye, the Archbishop of Dakar. The Prime Minister was accompanied by government spokesperson Marie Rose Faye and Deputy Béatrice Germaine Faye.
