In a significant step toward youth empowerment in Chad, the Réseau des Acteurs de Développement Chrétiens (RADEC) launched an intensive professional training program in N’Djamena on August 5, 2026. Hosted at the Episcopal Centre of Chad, this initiative targets young individuals seeking to enhance their employability and entrepreneurial skills.

The program, developed in collaboration with Moov Money Tchad and other supporting organizations, aims to equip participants with practical skills, foster job placement, and stimulate economic independence among youth. The launch ceremony brought together key stakeholders, including Moov Money Tchad representatives, partner organizations, instructors, trainees, and distinguished guests.

During the event, Matené Elias, President of RADEC, highlighted Moov Money Tchad’s commitment to youth development and socio-economic progress in Chad. He emphasized that this month-long, free training program extends beyond driving lessons, offering practical competencies essential for career advancement and self-reliance.

“By backing this initiative, Moov Money Tchad reaffirms its dedication to nurturing young talent and driving economic growth in our nation,” stated Matené Elias. He urged participants to embrace discipline, punctuality, and dedication to maximize the program’s benefits.

Yves Kourabe, Head of Product Design at Moov Money Tchad, reiterated the company’s pledge to support youth initiatives and entrepreneurship. He outlined Moov Money Tchad’s role in providing solutions and collaboration opportunities for young participants, reinforcing the program’s focus on practical skill-building and job readiness.

“Our mission is to empower and encourage young entrepreneurs,” stated Kourabe. He encouraged trainees to engage fully in the program’s activities and expressed gratitude to RADEC for fostering this transformative partnership for Chad’s youth.
