After an outstanding season with Bayern Munich, Michael Olise is confirming his immense talent at the start of the World Cup. This has naturally caught the attention of Europe’s biggest clubs, including Real Madrid. However, a secret agreement with the Bavarians is set to make this transfer impossible.

Author of a highly impressive start to the World Cup, Michael Olise is proving he is in top form and establishing himself as the technical leader of the French national team. Naturally, his performances have not gone unnoticed, especially by Real Madrid, which is reportedly ready to make the former Crystal Palace winger the biggest transfer in football history. However, these reports have surprised a German journalist who reveals that Florentino Pérez and Herbert Hainer, respectively presidents of Real Madrid and Bayern Munich, have entered into a pact concerning Michael Olise.

A non-aggression pact between Real Madrid and Bayern?

Real Madrid would like to sign Michael Olise. But it is false to say he would have any chance of joining the Frenchman this summer. Real Madrid has publicly stated it has had no contact with either the winger or Bayern Munich, and I can give you some background information on this. The presidents of both clubs – on one side, Herbert Hainer of Bayern Munich, and on the other, Florentino Pérez – are very close. They met during a dinner organized on the occasion of the Champions League quarter-finals in Madrid and Munich, and now maintain strong ties. Hainer made it clear to his colleague and friend that Real Madrid has no chance of signing Olise. For his part, Pérez also clearly indicated that the La Liga giant would not attempt any move without first informing Hainer. So I don’t know where these rumors come from!

“Currently, Real Madrid knows there is no chance”

They have therefore concluded this transfer pact – let’s call it the ‘presidential pact’! Currently, Real Madrid knows there is no chance, even if they were to offer €300 million. Moreover, the Spanish club is ready to pause if Bayern Munich simply is not willing to sell Michael Olise. That is why the rumor should really calm down a bit on this subject. And it should be noted that he has a long-term contract in Munich (expiring in 2029). Olise therefore has no chance to apply pressure, even if he wanted to. But we don’t even know if he wants to change clubs.
