Jordan has forcefully condemned the terror plots recently foiled in Morocco, pledging unwavering support to Rabat in safeguarding its national security and territorial integrity.

In an official statement released by the Jordanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Amman denounced the terrorist schemes that aimed to destabilize public order and threaten the lives and property of Moroccan citizens.

Fouad Majali, the ministry’s spokesperson and ambassador, emphasized the absolute solidarity between Jordan and Morocco. He reaffirmed full backing for all measures implemented by Rabat to protect its population and preserve stability.

This strong stance follows reports of a highly advanced terror plot disrupted by the Central Bureau of Judicial Investigations in Morocco. The operation, supported by intelligence from the General Directorate for National Security, led to the arrest of radicalized individuals across multiple cities.

Initial investigations reveal that the suspects were receiving logistical and operational support from a Daech-affiliated group operating in the Sahel region.
