Chad reshuffles top security posts with new appointments

The Chadian government has announced a series of strategic appointments within the Ministry of Public Security, marking a shift in leadership across critical departments.
New leadership for key security divisions
Mahamat Koty Abdraman has been named Director of the General Directorate of User Reception Centers, taking over from first-grade police Controller General Ismail Moussa Fadoul Sawa, who has been reassigned to other responsibilities within the security apparatus.
In a parallel move, Khassim Taha Bouri has been appointed Director of Administrative Affairs, Materials, and Personnel, succeeding Mahamoud Dakou Abdramane, who has also been transferred to a new position.
These changes reflect the government’s commitment to strengthening operational efficiency and streamlining security sector management in Chad.
